Randoms Child Safety Standards

Randoms is a social platform for sharing short videos, images, and live streams. We have a zero‑tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page fulfills Google Play's requirement for published safety standards and explains how we prevent, detect, and address CSAE.

1. Zero‑Tolerance for CSAE

We strictly prohibit any content or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form (images, videos, text, or links).
• Grooming, sextortion, or trafficking of minors.
• Content that sexualizes children or promotes inappropriate interactions with minors.

Any user found violating this policy will have their account permanently banned and may be reported to law enforcement, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

2. Reporting CSAE and CSAM

We provide multiple ways to report suspected child safety violations:

• In‑App Reporting: Users can report any post, profile, comment, or direct message by tapping the "…" menu and selecting "Report." Our moderation team reviews every flagged item.
• Direct Email: For urgent child safety matters, you can contact our dedicated point of contact below. We aim to acknowledge all such reports within 24 hours.

3. How We Handle CSAM Reports

When we receive a report of potential CSAM, we follow this strict process:

• Immediate Review: Trained moderators examine the reported content within hours.
• Removal & Ban: If content is confirmed as CSAM, we immediately remove it and permanently suspend the offending account.
• Reporting to Authorities: As required by law, we report all apparent CSAM to NCMEC and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Preservation: We preserve relevant account data and content for legal purposes.

4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Randoms complies with all applicable child protection laws, including the U.S. PROTECT Our Children Act and similar legislation in the jurisdictions where we operate. We regularly review our policies and practices to align with evolving legal standards.
