Welcome to Randoms! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Randoms mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Randoms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Randoms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Randoms is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
You retain ownership of the content you post, upload, or share on Randoms ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Randoms a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, use, distribute, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that:
Randoms reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our policies, and to suspend or terminate your account for repeated violations.

The Service, including its design, features, logo, and code, is owned by Randoms and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RANDOMS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANDOMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
In no event shall Randoms' aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice in the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
